When it comes to loosing wihegt, people just need to remember, its all about having balance. For instance, make sure you include a cheat day during the week. Otherwise you can go crazy. I know when I lost a bunch of wihegt, I would give myself 1 day in 7 to cheat and eat a few treats. Never heard about this program either.? I might check it out later. later .

Triggers

Mine are: Onions (raw), high amounts of fiber (ex: Fiber One bars on an empty stomach), tight pants, sitting in the same position for an extended period after I eat (i.e. having dinner and then sitting on an airplane for two hours is a killer).

triggers

Firstly I eat before 8 AM as best I could. If I eat after 8, I am sure to get symptoms during the day. Onions cause slight burn. Tomatoes definitely I avoid. Orange Juice is out as well. I've found that if I drink pomegranate juice no matter what I eat, I don't get any heartburn at all. Also don't wear tight pants.

I have cut out meat from my diet for two weeks and have been heartburn free except for when I drank alcohol and coffee - but even then it has been greatly reduced !
