Ingredients:
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
- 1 tbsp finely chopped thyme
- 1 tbsp finely chopped sage
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- Dash of pepper
- Nonstick cooking spray
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin
- Spray pork lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Mix rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley and pepper together, and rub in to the pork tenderloin
- Place the pork tenderloin in to a shallow roasting pan
- Roast for 30 minutes to 35 minutes or until the meat thermometer reads 165 degrees and the juices run clear
- Slice the turkey tenderloin and serve
