Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 egg whites, lightly beaten

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray a 10-inch bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Blend together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl, mixing thoroughly. Set aside.
- Cream together butter and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add egg whites and beat thoroughly.
- Stir in sour cream and vanilla.
- Add the flour mixture, mixing thoroughly.
