Weekly Menus for the Acid Reflux Diet

These sample menus will provide you with suggestions for heartburn-friendly meals for the acid reflux diet. The menus are Sunday through Saturday, giving suggestions for breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, and dinner. Links are also provided for printable menu charts.
Acid Reflux Diet - Week One
Dinner entrees include beef and mushroom stroganoff, buttermilk oven-fried chicken, tuna noodle casserole, baked pork chops with oregano swedish meatballs, baked chicken and rice, grilled marinated flank steak.
Acid Reflux Diet - Week Two
Dinner entrees include chicken pot pie, beef and vegetable stir-fry, chicken and mushroom stroganoff, pasta and ham, vegetable beef stew, pork chops with applesauce, oven-fried chicken.
Acid Reflux Diet - Week Three
Dinner entrees include beef strips and pasta, turkey cutlets with mushrooms, sesame chicken kabobs, beef loaf, chicken and vegetable stir-fry, no tomato sauce lasagna, broiled lamb chops with mushrooms.
Acid Reflux Diet - Week Four
Dinner entrees include beef and mushroom stroganoff, tuna noodle casserole, swedish meatballs, grilled marinated flank steak, beef and vegetable stir-fry, pasta and ham, pork chops with applesauce.
Acid Reflux Diet - Week Five
Dinner entrees include buttermilk oven-fried chicken, baked pork chops with oregano, baked chicken and rice, beef strips and pasta, sesame chicken kabobs, chicken and vegetable stir-fry, broiled lamb chops with mushrooms.
Acid Reflux Diet - Week Six
