Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp skim milk
- 1 tbsp fat-free or low-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp fat-free or low-fat sour cream
- 2 tbsp low-fat buttermilk
- 3/4 tbsp white vinegar
- 4 cups finely chopped or shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
Preparation:
- Blend together sugar, salt, skim milk, mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, and vinegar in a large mixing bowl
- Add cabbage and carrots, and blend until well mixed
- Cover and refrigerate until served
