Ingredients:
- 12 oz rotini
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1/4 cup fat-free cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp dried basil
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
- Cook pasta according to package directions (without added fat or salt), until tender
- Drain pasta, and place in a large bowl
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, blend together sour cream, cream cheese, and basil
- With a whisk, stir constantly. Continue to heat until heated through but not bubbling
- Pour the heated sauce over the pasta, and blend together until pasta is evenly coated
- Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top
