When I was growing up, my father made a great meatloaf. Years later, when my mom wanted to use something leaner than ground beef, she adapted his recipe to use ground turkey. Both were delicious. Using my mom's idea, I've created a meatloaf recipe that is not only lower in fat than the traditional meatloaf recipe, but uses ingredients that are heartburn friendly.
