Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey breast
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6 burger buns
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, rolled oats, egg and Worcestershire sauce
- Form meat mixture into 6 burgers
- Place the patties on the grill rack (can also place on an oven grill), and cook for about 6 minutes on each side (longer, if you like the burgers well done)
- Serve burgers on the buns
