Ingredients:
- 2 small pkg (ready-to-bake) pizza crusts (5.5 oz each)
- 4 Tbsp pesto sauce
- 1 cup diced lean ham (can substitute sliced lean canadian bacon)
- 1 cup grated low-fat cheese (e.g. mozzarella, cheddar, colby-jack)
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Place pizza crusts on a cookie sheet
- Spread pesto sauce evenly over the crusts
- Spread ham evenly over the crusts
- Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the ham
- Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is lightly browned
- Slice pizzas and serve
