Foods you may eat in moderation when you suffer from heartburn

Foods To Eat With Discretion

There are some foods that can be consumed with discretion, foods that you may be able to enjoy occasionally. The foods listed in the Moderation Foods Table are the most common foods that can be eaten in moderation. These are the foods that are usually tolerated fairly well by heartburn sufferers if they are eaten only occasionally and in small amounts. They may, however, trigger heartburn if they are consumed frequently or in large amounts at a time. You may find in your personal situation that you can eat some of the foods from this list with no problems, or you may find that you have to avoid certain foods on this list entirely. It may be a good idea to keep a Food Diary. This will give you a better idea of what your safe foods are, what foods you should avoid, and what foods you can enjoy occasionally.

To learn more about what are the foods to be eaten in moderation you can read this Foods in Moderation article.
