Unfortunately I do have Barretts after many years of gerd.
At present I control it by medication,ie, pantaprazol and motilium.
While this treatment is effective I find that with these PPI’s I have a very dry mouth which is particularly difficult when having morning chats with my lovely wife.
I am contemplating trying natural alternatives; any advice you and/or your readers can give me in this regard would be much appreciated.
