Enjoying That End-of-Summer Picnic

For many people, Labor Day in the U.S. is the official end to the summer season. And for this last celebration, they often get together with family and friends and have one last picnic sometime this weekend before autumn arrives.

Picnics are great times for barbeques and lots of "picnic" foods. For heartburn sufferers, however, it's also a time when they suffer from episodes of heartburn. So, how can we enjoy a picnic?

First, know what types of foods to prepare for your picnic, and what foods and activities to avoid to reduce your chances of suffering from heartburn. There are also a few summertime recipes that can not only help you enjoy a heartburn-free picnic, but are also quick and easy to prepare.
