Good Foods / Bad Foods for Peptic Ulcer Sufferers

In some people, certain foods seem to aggravate their ulcer symptoms. For them, they need to restrict or avoid those foods that can cause irritation and excessive acid production which, in turn, can lead to unpleasant side effects, such as heartburn. Read more about a diet for ulcer sufferers.
